A home inspection is a non-invasive, visual examination of the accessible areas of a residential property, performed for a fee, which is designed to identify defects within specific systems and components defined by these Standards that are both observed and deemed material by the inspector. The scope of work may be modified by the Client and Inspector prior to the inspection proce
Every residential home inspection performed by Eastern Colorado Home Inspections LLC and our InterNACHI® Certified Inspectors adheres to The InterNACHI® Standards of Practice to provide you with the best overall visual non invasive inspection of your property.
Our InterNACHI® Certified Inspectors will provide you with an interactive home inspection report highlighting and identifying defects within specific systems and components defined by these Standards that are both observed and deemed material by the inspector. Our inspection reports will also include additional comments and recommendations to help you navigate your home buying experience.
Our InterNACHI® Certified Inspectors will perform a Sewer scope inspection with video of the lateral sewer line leading from the house at or near the foundation and connecting to the city or HOA tap or septic tank. This will show any breaks or damage to the line so you can have the assurance that there will be no costly repairs with your new home purchase.
